The Weight of Loneliness in Space - ISHEMA Toussaint

Image
In the vast expanse of space, I float alone, No other human near, I am on my own. Lost on a mission to research black holes and time, I feel the weight of loneliness, a heavy climb. On Earth, you say you don't need a partner to survive, Yet with friends and family, you feel alive. But here in space, with no one in sight, I long for a companion to share my plight. No other human here, just me in sight, I feel the weight of being alone at night. For me, a partner is a vital human need, To share my journey, and my dreams to feed. Missed Chance at Love - ISHEMA Toussaint

Image
A missed chance at love, Regret lingers in my heart. A girl with glasses and a smile, But I passed by without a start. Her welcome smile, a sign to speak, But my shyness held me back. Now she's gone, a chance missed, Leaving my heart off track. Does she think of me, I wonder? Does she regret not saying hi? Perhaps she's as shy as I am, Leaving us both wondering why. A mistake we made, a lesson learned, That chances come just once. Will we cross paths again in life, Or forever remain as lovesick stunts? If fate brings us together once more, I vow to speak without delay. For a missed chance at love, Is a heavy price to pay.
